Let us know the anticipated dates, size and location of your event, and if you need an operator or will operate the system yourself. We'll work out a really competitive price and send you a formal quotation.

What happens next…
Once you confirm your event, we'll send you further information and instructions. We can create your interactive sessions using your PowerPoint template and event branding for you - or you can set-up the presentations yourself.

How much does it cost? Equipment only or “Dry Hire“ is available from £8+vat & delivery per show day for accredited users.

A Full Rental service or “Wet Hire“ includes the Audience Response system and an on-site Operator to help you through your event. In addition to the “Dry Hire“ costs, there are additional System Operator, Production & Programming Fees . (Travel & accommodation costs may also apply)
